Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by telephone, by email, in person or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by LS Fashion buro.
Definitions
"We" means the team of LS Fashion buro;
"Services" means personal styling, wardrobe edit, bridal styling and personal shopping and any other services provided to you by the LS Fashion buro;
"Client" or "you" means any person who contracts with the LS Fashion buro for the provision of Services.
Styling Sessions & Payments
A complete list of services included in a particular styling session or another service is listed on the www.lsfashionburo.com website. Any additional services are extra charged.
Payment for styling appointments and gift vouchers must be made upon purchase/booking. Payments are to secure the appointment and are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled it will be forfeited. Gift vouchers may only be exchanged for Services and no cash rebate will be made for appointments shortened at your request. Payments made via invoice are due upon receipt.
Your session will begin and last the duration it is booked for and it is your responsibility to arrive on time. On the occasion when a styling session or other services runs over, extra time will be charged150 CHF per hour.
Postponement and Cancellation
If you wish to reschedule or postpone an appointment you must give us no less than 14 days notice before the appointment is due to start. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled. If we can agree on an alternative future date any payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment but cannot be refunded. If you request rescheduling with notice less than 14 days an admin fee of £45 will be applied.
If your appointment is outside of Zurich it could be rescheduled only subject to payment of all LS Fashion buro expenses (air tickets, hotels, etc.) for the cancelled appointment and for the rescheduled appointment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The same terms and conditions applies to gift certificates.
Services outside of Zurich
LS Fashion buro is ideally placed for services within Zurich. You can choose your preferred location in Europe or UK. If you are located outside of Zurich, Lucerne or Zug, travel costs outside of Zurich or Zug will apply.
Image use
During the provision of services, we can take photos / videos for presentations. Please inform us prior any Service if you would not allow us to use your image and photos/videos taken during providing services for publication in our social networks Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, website www.lsfashionburo.com, in our portfolio and presentations for our clients. Consent period is 15 years.
Applicable law
