Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by telephone, by email, in person or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by Elizaveta Starchak registered at IndustrieStrasse 25, Zug 6300, Switzerland (hereinafter "LS Fashion Buro").
By visiting our Website and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree with the following terms and including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, clients.
Definitions
"We/Us" means the team of LS Fashion Buro;
"Service/Services" means personal styling, wardrobe edit, bridal styling, personal shopping, master classes, shopping guides and any other services provided to you by the LS Fashion Buro;
"Client" or "you" means any person who contracts with the LS Fashion Buro for the provision of Services.
"Website" means lsfasionburo.com/ and academy.lsfasionburo.com/.
Master Classes, Shopping Guides & Payments
A description of Services and access period to materials is provided on the academy.lsfasionburo.com/ Website. If you have not used the Service (materials) within the period specified on the Website claims and requests for refunds will not be accepted. Payments for the Services are non-refundable.
Styling Sessions & Payments
A description of Services and complete list of services included in a particular Service and duration of the Service are listed on the Website. Any additional services are extra charged.
Payment for Service appointments and gift vouchers must be made upon purchase/booking. Payments are to secure the appointment and are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled it will be forfeited. Gift vouchers may only be exchanged for Services and no cash rebate will be made for appointments shortened at your request. Payments made via invoice are due upon receipt.
Your Service will begin and last the duration it is booked for and it is your responsibility to arrive on time. On the occasion when a Service runs over, extra time will be charged 200 $ per hour.
Postponement and Cancellation
If you wish to reschedule or postpone an appointment you must give us no less than 14 (fourteen) days notice before the appointment is due to start. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled. If we can agree on an alternative future date any payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment but cannot be refunded. If you request rescheduling with notice less than 14 (fourteen) days an admin fee of 45 $ will be applied.
If your appointment is outside of Zurich it could be rescheduled only subject to payment of all LS Fashion Buro expenses (air tickets, hotels, etc.) for the cancelled appointment and in case of payment of all LS Fashion Buro expenses ( new air tickets, hotels, etc.) for a rescheduled meeting.
If the appointment is rescheduled for LS Fashion Buro initiatives, the cost of the new tickets and hotel will be covered by LS Fashion Buro.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers (certificates) are valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue. The same terms and conditions applies to Gift vouchers (certificates). Gift vouchers (certificates)are non-refundable.
Please note that you must schedule an appointment for the Service no later than 2 weeks before the Gift vouchers (certificates) expires.
Services outside of Zurich
LS Fashion Buro is ideally placed for services within Zurich. You can choose your preferred location in Europe or UK. If you are located outside of Zurich or Zug, travel costs (air tickets, hotels, etc.) will apply and extra charged.
Intellectual Property
All Content included on the Website including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of LS Fashion Buro, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable Swiss and International intellectual property and other laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given Our express written and prior permission to do so.
Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all Intellectual Property rights including, but not limited to, Copyright and Trademarks, in product images and descriptions belong to the LS Fashion Buro, our affiliates or other relevant third parties.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use such material unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written and prior permission to do so by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
Liability under Swiss law can be applied in case of violation of LS Fashion Buro intellectual rights.
Image use
During the offline masterclasses, we can take group photos / videos.
Please note that we can use photos/videos taken during the offline masterclasses for publication in our social networks, Website, in our portfolio, advertising materials and presentations for our clients. If you do not want us to photograph you or use your photos, please notify us via email client@lsfasionburo.com.
